6:45 - 9:00 / 10:00
Clients arrive and are moved in to the parking lot 1 car at a time.
Pets are checked in and moved into the facility to be weighed, examined and put in their kennel until time for surgery.
Morning
9:00 - 1:00
This downtime allows us to prep for the next clinic - pack & sterilize surgical equipment, put together medical forms, follow up phone calls and set up for lunch. There is time for scanning in records and starting the never ending laundry
Afternoon
10:00 - 2:00
All about the dogs
They need someone in recovery to monitor vitals and keep them calm. The front office enters data and calls the owners when ready for release. We go over all of the post-op instructions before returning their pup. Kennels sanitized and ready for the next clinic
Check Out
2:00 - 6:00
And then the pace picks up. Cats are released in waves of 6-8 at a time. Data gets entered, clients called and post-op instructions given. Others are cleaning surgical tools & packing and sterilizing instruments for tomorrow
